NCS, following their line of sponsoring and helping the local sport, has sponsored the sailor and adventurer from Cartagena Sem Taboada, who, with Francisco Solana from Cartagena and other sailors from different nationalities, have culminated the expedition. After three days of hard sailing, passing through the dangerous Drake Strait, the expedition arrived to the Antartic coast, to stay there for 10 days. |

NCS was formed
initially from the union of three Lawyers with
extensive experience in the Spanish Property Market
and International Business, having as shareholders
NIETO (N), CASAU (C), and SANCHEZ (S)

Enrique Nieto Vidal, is
the largest shareholder in the company and the
Director of the legal firm. He is a Lawyer with a
Masters degree from the Business School of Murcia
(Spain). He has been established since 1995 and he has
been collaborating with different Notary's Offices,
large Legal Firms, and Consultants offices. He
specializes primarily in conveyancing services and
legal advice in great State Market investments.

Susana Casau Moreno, is
a Lawyer and she is a Delegate in the Area of a
National Company called TECNITASA GESTION HIPOTECARIA,
SA, (EVALUATION AND DEEDS MANAGEMENT COMPANY), which
shares offices with NCS?s office. She has a great deal
of experience in the Property Market, mostly regarding
Taxes, Land Registry and Notary's requirements.

Serafin Sanchez
Rodriguez, is a Lawyer with a high level of experience
in Litigation and Arbitration, and he is an elected
member of the Government of the College of Lawyers of
Cartagena, and the Chairman of the School of Legal and
Juridical Practice in Cartagena. |
